Emergency Water Damage Restoration

The effects of water damage in your home can be traumatic. A quick response by Absolutely Dry is critical in restoring your home after a water damage. As time passes, water penetrates deeper and begins evaporating causing “secondary damage” to previously unaffected building materials. Our IICRC certified technicians are trained and ready to quickly remove and completely dry moisture in your walls, ceilings, floors, and cabinets.

Upon arrival, we will evaluate the damaged areas and quickly create an action plan to return your home back to its “pre loss” condition. Because time works against you in a water damage situation, we will arrive with all the necessary tools and equipment to restore your home.

In addition, we will bill your insurance company directly to ease out of pocket expenses and allow you to resume your normal activities.

The Water Damage Restoration Process:

Emergency Response:

Because time is of critical importance, an immediate response is often required after a water damage. Our emergency response team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our emergency response vehicles are always stocked with all the necessary equipemnt and tools needed to restore your home or buisness.

Inspection:

Upon arrival, we will inpsect your property to determine the level of moisture intrusion. Because visual inpection will not show all wet building materials, we will inpsect your proerty with specialized tools, like a thermal imaging camera, to determine the extent of the damage to your home or buisness.

Water Extraction:

Once we determine the extent of the wate damage, we begin removing water through water extraction. Extracting water is the most important step in the process because it is fastest, easiest way. ADR uses only the most powerful extraction equipment available to ensure maximum water removal from your property.

Restorative Drying:

Once extraction is completed, restorative drying can begin. Restorative drying involves removing water from the remaing flooring and structure through evaporation with commercial dehumidification, air movers, and specialty dryining tools, like wall cavity drying systems.

Monitoring:

An ADR represenative will return to the property daily to monitor the drying process. We will take daily moisture content and humidity readings to ensure your property is drying out the way we expect it to. This allows us to make daily adjustements to the drying plan to ensure a speedy recovery of your property after the loss.

Reconstruction:

Almost all projects requre some level of reconstruction, like re-installing baseboad or carpet. Other projects require complete reconstruction services, like drywall, paint, and finish carpentry. As a full service general contractor, ADR can complete the project from start to finish.

Direct Insurance Billing:

After the loss is completed, ADR will bill your insruance company directly, helping ease out of pocket expenses afer the "loss".
